Merry Everything, Happy Always!

I am happy to report that Matthew has officially passed all of his final evaluations and examinations and will be graduating as scheduled Friday, December 30! I cannot express the pride I feel for him as we near the end of this training process. 

I spoke to Matthew on the phone today for a nice LONG phone call (tripling the amount of time that we have previously been given on the phone), and it was such a treat! They had a relaxing day today and will have an enjoyable Christmas day tomorrow. Their training instructors will be serving them for a change, they will get to watch movies, and hopefully have some more extra phone time. I know that Matthew has a huge sense of relief that he knows that he has pretty much completed his training at this point and has passed all of his exams and inspections. I hope this enables him, and the rest of the guys in his flight, to relax and really enjoy their non-training day tomorrow! He is very anxious and excited for everyone to arrive for graduation.
