Road Tripping

I recently embarked on a road trip adventure with my friend, Jayme, who just moved to Columbus, GA. I accompanied her for the drive, and flew back to Denver today. We had a lot of fun, ate a lot of oyster crackers, beef jerky, and her Grandmother's Chex mix, and listened to a lot of country music. The drive was grueling at times, but after 2 longs days of driving and a day off in between in Bella Vista, AR, we made it. We drove through ALL of Kansas (which gave a whole new meaning to the word, 'nothing'), through the southwest corner of Missouri, most of Arkansas, a bit of Tennessee, Alabama, and into Columbus, GA.

We passed through Memphis, TN on our way and were able to meet up with my brother, Brett, sister-in-law, Jessica, my nephew, Callum, and my niece, Finley for lunch at Corky's BBQ. Lunch was delicious and the company was even better! It was a very nice pit stop on our trip.
Finley was most interested in the bracelet on my wrist.
Callum and I.
Finley LOVES pickles. Mmmmm!
